John is a HUD Certified Housing Counselor and is also certified as a Reverse Mortgage Home Equity Conversion Mortgage counselor. John was previously from the Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Maryland and Delaware, where he is also became certified in foreclosure intervention and default counseling and bankruptcy and credit counseling. Prior to CCCS of MD, he worked at Money Management International as a Credit Counselor and Wells Fargo as a Financial Consultant. Mr. LaBounty is an MBA candidate and has a Bachelors of Arts from York College of Pennsylvania.
