On July 14, Jim Carr, NCRC’s Chief Operating Officer, addressed more than 6,000 attendees at NAACP’s 99th Annual Convention themed “Power, Justice, Freedom, Vote”.
Speaking before audience members at Cincinnati’s Duke Energy Center, Jim gave a compelling address, titled ‘Understanding the Foreclosure Crisis: Don’t Believe the Hype!’, clarifying the origins and consequences of the subprime crisis on hard hit communities.
