Mortgage Advisor, Housing Counseling Network
Danielle Hannah is a Mortgage Advisor for the Housing Counseling Network at NCRC. In her role, Danielle focuses on Home Buyer Education for prospective homebuyers and Foreclosure Prevention Counseling for existing homeowners.
She has a strong understanding of the challenges low to moderate income renters and homeowners face. Danielle honed her skills over many years working in different aspects of the housing and mortgage industries. Having worked as a Residential Real Estate Agent; Residential and Commercial Property Manager; and having worked on post-recession recovery efforts at Fannie Mae’s Resource Center; Danielle understands housing policy and practice from a variety of viewpoints.
Danielle received her Bachelor’s degree in Afro-American Studies with a minor in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
