Joseph G. Stankavage
Joe brings to NCRC a dynamic 14-year executive management and diversified career leading faith-based and human service organizations. Prior to coming to NCRC, he served in several executive level positions at the Dupont Circle Club, Salvation Army – Harbor Light Center, National Association of People With AIDS (NAPWA), Washington Center for Psychoanalysis, American Federation of School Administrators, AFL-CIO, and the Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities. In addition, he was an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University teaching philosophy and theology.
Ordained a Catholic priest in 1990, Joe served in several parish communities in the Washington, D.C. area. Now, Joe is involved in community advocacy and a volunteer at his church.
Joe is a native of the Delaware County, Pennsylvania. He holds a B.A. in philosophy from St. Charles Seminary and a M.Div. from Mt. St. Mary’s Seminary. A former national swimmer, Joe loves the beaches and warm climate, cooking, architecture, education, Catholic Church history, antiques, J.S. Bach, and thriving local farmers markets.
