Program Manager, Business Development Lyals Battle is the Program Manager, Business Development. Lyals comes to NCRC after over 20 years an account executive for such firms as WANG, GE Capital IT Solutions and IBM. Since 2003, Lyals has been an entrepreneur creating, managing and consulting for companies that provide technological services such as IT networking, software development, computer-based security, telecommunications and audio-visual services, as well as business consulting services for companies interested in the federal marketplace. Lyals spent his early childhood in Boston, MA, but moved to Washington, DC at the age of 13. He was one of the first two African-Americans to attend the Lawrenceville School (NJ). He is a double graduate of Howard University, where he earned a BA in Film and Communications and Masters in Business Administration.
