GROWTH by NCRC, the city of Birmingham and Woodlawn United unveiled the first three of 16 newly constructed homes slated to go up in the Woodlawn community.

In October, the Birmingham City Council unanimously approved a resolution to help the organization fund the Woodlawn project, which is part of a larger commitment by GROWTH by NCRC to build 200 homes around the city with Woodlawn and Oak Hill in Belview Heights as initial demonstrations of that plan. Fifty more single-family homes are currently on the way to the new Shadow Brook subdivision in Pratt Cit
