Join NCRC’s National Training Academy (NTA) for this training that will discuss preparing for each of the four phases of disasters and explore measures nonprofit leaders can take to mitigate risk. We will review methods to strengthen the agency and build resiliency necessary to not only survive but thrive through crisis. The focus of this course will be learning to assess the organization to identify potential loss, plan the required actions to prepare the agency for crisis and manage the disaster plan through each phase of the crisis.
