Post-crisis impacted residents and community stakeholders require a myriad of resources to return to predisaster normalcy. Post-disaster is critical for agencies to get back to business and provide programs and resources. This requires a well-crafted plan that may include community grass root organizations, alternate program delivery and outreach methods or temporary service sites. There are however other roles a prepared agency could play in the road to recovery. During this webinar, we will discuss concepts to assist nonprofit leaders as they work with emergency management and other community service providers, post-disaster. Through careful preparation and strategic relationship building with other stakeholders, nonprofit leaders are in a pivotal position to reach the most vulnerable residents and provide resources to help them recover from a crisis.
