HUD Exam Prep – Session 3 (Member Only)

There are 3 areas where many counselors experience the greatest difficulty: Tenancy, Fair Housing and Default Resolution/Foreclosure Prevention. We will be moving into our 3rd session tackling Default Resolution/Foreclosure Prevention. If you have not taken a class with Sid Alvarado, a Trainer with the National Training Academy, you are in for a treat! An experienced professional in the housing counseling field, Sid has taken and passed the exam and has successfully trained other housing counselors to pass the HUD exam. Using a mix of training techniques, in-class activities and “homework” assignments to keep you engaged between sessions, this HUD exam prep is a great way to help you on this journey!
There will be incentives/prizes awarded to participants over the course of the 4 sessions (1/session) but you are only eligible to win if you are present on the session so please join us and save the date for future sessions scheduled for March 23.
