WHF Lunch & Learn: 1071 – Latest Updates And Key Aspects Of The CFPB’s Small Business Lending Rule

NCRC’s Chief of Community Finance and Mobility Marisa Calderon will be speaking on a panel for Women in Finance and Housing’s partner series event on Wednesday, October 11 at 12 pm ET.
The CFPB issued its final rule implementing section 1071 of the Dodd-Frank Act this Spring. As a result of litigation by the ABA and other trades, there’s a preliminary injunction in place for certain banks subject to the rule.
The panel will discuss the injunction and also focus on key aspects of the rule, including the data to be collected, how it will be collected, and how it will be used.
