In this first webinar, we will discuss the importance of aligning the work and efforts of a nonprofit directly to the organization’s vision and mission and statements. These statements help to place a laser focus on the direction of the nonprofit’s work and thereby informs the development of informative need assessments. The data collected from need assessments are the foundation of the nonprofit’s work and should serve as their baseline data and/or starting point. An organization must have a starting point in order to create effective key performance indicators (KPI) and be able to monitor and track impact as well as change over time on those indicators.
