The National Community Reinvestment Coalition and its grassroots member organizations create opportunities for people to build wealth. It works with community leaders, policymakers and financial institutions to champion fairness and end discrimination in lending, housing and business.

The Washington, DC Women’s Business Center (DC WBC) is a business development organization that serves women entrepreneurs in the Washington, DC Capitol Region. The DC WBC provides training and consultation to assist in the growth of women-owned businesses.

New Hour for Women & Children of Long Island was founded on Long Island to provide meaningful support to current and formerly incarcerated women, their children and families. It builds community to promote successful reentry and lasting reintegration, and to reform unjust criminal justice system policies.

Lettisha Boyd of Beyond $avvy (www.beyondsavvy.org) will lead the workshop. Lettisha is a certified financial health counselor with over 10-years of experience in the criminal and social justice field, and founder and Executive Director of Beyond $avvy Corporation (B$C), a Georgia based not-for-profit whose mission is to bridge the economic wealth divide by providing financial education and coaching to underserved people nationally. B$C helps consumers build assets and break the cycle of generational poverty.

We invite you to join us.
