Meet the Team Advancing Economic Justice

We’re a passionate team of researchers, analysts, storytellers, designers, trainers, organizers, planners, technologists and policy changemakers.

Together, we are united by a shared belief: Everyone deserves a fair shot to build wealth and thrive.

Rooted in community voice and lived experience, our work drives solutions that shift power and expand opportunity.

We don’t just believe in economic mobility for all,

we work every day to make it a reality.

We work hard every day

To increase the flow of private capital into traditionally underserved communities, inform and advance federal policies on banking, housing and small businesses while expanding access to affordable homeownership.

At the same time, we work to shape stronger public policies and private sector practices that promote equitable and inclusive access to credit and capital, employment, housing, healthcare, education, financial security and overall well-being.

Why we do what we do?

"I do this work because everyone deserves a real chance. At NCRC and within the Community Development Fund I get to support communities that are often left out and help create opportunities where there weren’t any before. It’s more than a job—it’s how I give back and try to make things better. "
"I believe we have a collective duty to support and amplify marginalized communities and voices. I'm inspired by our members every day to advocate for meaningful policies that deepen investment in underserved communities and bend the arc of the moral universe towards justice."
"Data drives the movement for economic equality."
"For people, families, and communities that look like me — those who deserve far more than history has allotted and current systems have provided. Unlocking their full potential isn’t just the right thing to do — it’s essential to our nation’s progress and shared success."
