This heirs’ property pre-conference event brings together practitioners, researchers, funders, and advocates to explore the complexities of heirs’ property and rural residential land tenure. Panels will cover the evolution of the field, the nuances of rural land ownership, the role of philanthropy and housing finance, and holistic models that integrate housing and legal services for rural communities.
