1. How do I make hotel reservations? Call the Reservations Desk at the Washington Court Hotel. Mention the group name NCRC to get the conference rate of $248.00 single occupancy, $273.00 double occupancy The toll free number is: (800) 321-3010.
2. Distance From Airports? Regan National Airport (10 miles) | Dulles International Airport (35 miles) | Baltimore-Washington International Airport (40 miles) There is no hotel shuttle service. 3. Metro Directions?  From Reagan National Airport tale the blue line metro to Metro Center Station, then Red Line towards Glenmont exit Union Station Metro or from Reagan National Airport take yellow line metro to Gallery Place Metro then Red Line towards Glenmont exit Union Station Metro. Exit Union Station Metro go right on Massachusetts Ave; cross N. Capital Street and veer left onto F Street; Proceed 1 Block to New Jersey Ave and make a left. MetroRail Website

5. How do I register for the conference? You can register online for the conference by going to NCRC website at www.ncrc.org/2011annualconference and click on the conference registration button. Onsite Registration Desk is located on the Lower Lobby Level at the bottom of the stairs of the Washington Court Hotel.
6. How can I be a Sponsor or Exhibitor? For sponsorship and Exhibit opportunities please contact Bea Trapasso Dermer at (202) 628-8866.
7. Will Non-Members be able to attend the Hill Briefing and Visit? No, the Hill Briefing and Hill Visit are exclusive to members only. Interested in attending and becoming a member of NCRC please contact Membership at (202) 628-8866 or www.ncrc.org, click on get involved and become a member.
8. Are there scholarships provided for conference attendees? Yes, scholarships are available for organizations based on financial need. Priority will be given to NCRC members. Apply for a scholarship online or download the scholarship application. Scholarships will be reviewed as quickly as possible and applicants will be notified via email.
