On July 14, Jim Carr, NCRC’s Chief Operating Officer, addressed more than 6,000 attendees at NAACP’s 99th Annual Convention themed “Power, Justice, Freedom, Vote”.

NCRC and HUD Team Up for a Series of Forums on Foreclosures
