Prior to joining NCRC, Richie worked as the art director for VSA, the international organization on arts and disability. In this role, he had an opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and collaborate with partners such as the Smithsonian Institution, Volkswagen of America, The United Nations, The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and MetLife.
Phil’s professional experience led him to senior fundraising positions at Habitat for Humanity affiliates in Texas (The City of Waco and The City of Bryan) and Maryland (Carroll County) where he raised funds to build safe and decent housing alongside hard-working families.
Natasha is an attorney who obtained her J.D. from George Washington University Law School and her LL.M. with a concentration in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center.

Kevin brings to his role over 20 years of IT and nonprofit experience. His main responsibilities are to oversee the day-to-day operation of the IT function for the organization as well as future improvements.
Kevin’s work focuses on the Community Reinvestment Act and similar state laws, Section 1071, and climate change. He is passionate about working with community groups to increase the political and economic power of households affected by redlining and other forms of systemic discrimination through policy advocacy and organizing.
Josh has more than 25 years of experience in the housing and community development field and produces white papers on the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and fair lending policy and issues, among many other things.
Jerry began organizing as part of the civil rights movement. He cofounded the Gamaliel organizing network and developed grassroots organizations in urban, suburban and rural communities throughout the Midwest.
Jason is a geographer who has done extensive research on mortgage finance and its impact on people and communities. Prior to working in research he was a mortgage broker and a banker.
Prior to joining NCRC, Jad worked as a Mapping Technician to Cruise Automation in San Francisco, digitizing interactive environments for autonomous vehicles.
